摘要
科学评价馆员绩效是推行绩效工资制度的关键。可运用模糊综合评价法构建馆员绩效评价模型,把定性评价转化为定量评价,从服务质量与科研能力两大方面考核馆员的绩效。
The scientific evaluation on librarians' performance is the key for pushing the performance-based salary system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be used in establishing librarians' performance evaluation model,transforming qualitative evaluation into quantitative one for examining librarians' performance from two aspects of service quality and scientific research ability.
