摘要
目的分析比较一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗牙髓病的1、2年随访疗效。方法临床入选178例牙髓病患者,其中前牙44颗,前磨牙42颗,磨牙98颗,均行根管治疗。随机分成2组,每组89例,分别为一次性根管治疗组与多次根管治疗组,比较两组患者的相关临床资料情况。结果随访1年和2年时,一次性根管治疗组与多次根管治疗组的有效率均无统计学差异(P>0.05);前牙组、前磨牙组及磨牙组的治疗有效率两两比较均具有统计学差异,且其中前牙组的治疗有效率最高,而磨牙组治疗有效率最低(P<0.05)。结论根管治疗牙髓病临床效果确切,一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗效果相当,其治疗效果与牙位密切相关。
Objective To assess the clinical curative effects in the one-and-two-year follow-up of disposal and recycling rootcanal therapy on pulposis. Methods 178 patients with pulposis were selected including 44 anterior teeth,42 premolars, and 98 molars. They were randomly divided into two groups with 89 ones in each group, i. e. disposable root canal therapy group and recycling root canal therapy group. Their clinical data were compared. Results In the one-and-two-year follow-up,there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in the effective rate among the anterior teeth group, premolars group, and molars group. The effective rate of the anterior teeth group was the highest, while that of the molar group was the lowest（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Root canal therapy has reliable curative effect on pulposis. Disposal root canal therapy has the same effect as recycling root canal therapy, and their curative effects are mainly correlated with the tooth position.
