摘要
目的:对根管治疗牙髓病变的临床效果进行探讨.方法:选取我院收治的63例牙髓病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组实施多次法根管治疗术,实验组实施一次法根管治疗术,对两组患者的临床疗效进行观察和比较.结果:治疗1周后,实验组的总有效率明显比对照组高,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用一次法根管治疗术对牙髓病变进行治疗,疗效理想,安全可靠,值得普及和应用.
AIM：To investigate the clinical effect of root canal therapy in treating periodontitis.METHODS：63 cases of peri-odontitis patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional root canal therapy,and experi-mental group were treated by one off root canal therapy.The clini-cal effects of the two groups were observed and compared.RE-SULTS：After one week,the total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）.Three months after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05 ）.CONCLUSION：One time of root canal therapy can harvest desired effect in treating peri-odontitis.It is safe,reliable and worthy of popularization and ap-plication.
