摘要
对10名非体育专业大学生进行60%VO2max的跑步机运动,在运动前1 h,运动后0、1、2、24 h抽取静脉血,测定血液中白细胞表面TLR-4 mRNA表达和血清TLR-4、NF-кB的蛋白水平。结果表明,60%VO2max运动后即刻的血液中白细胞表面TLR-4 mRNA表达和血清TLR-4蛋白水平下降,血清NF-кB上升;除了TLR-4 mRNA表达,其他指标都在24 h后恢复到运动前水平。
The paper studies the effects of acute 60%VO2max exercise on Toll receptor 4 mRNA expression, the serum protein level and its induced products influence, discusses the relationship between exercise and immunity, provides a theoretical help to public health and some other sport fields. The results are as follows: Immediately after 60% VO2max exercise, blood mononuclear cell surface TLR-4 mRNA expression and TLR-4 serum protein levels decrease, serum NF -κB protein levels rises; Except TLR-4mRNA expression, other indicators return to the levels before exercise within 24 hours.
