摘要
Toll样受体4(TLR-4)作为人类发现的第一个TLR相关蛋白,是介导脂多糖应答的主要受体,能够识别特定类型微生物的保守分子成分,激活天然免疫以及帮助机体建立获得性免疫。近年来研究发现,TLR-4与心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关。氧化应激和炎性反应渗透在心血管疾病中心肌与血管的损伤各个环节,而TLR-4在其中发挥着十分重要的作用。
As the first discovered Toll like receptors（TLR）related protain,TLR-4 is the main receptor that mediate lipopoysaccharide（LPS）response.It can identify the conservative molecule of specified microorganisms,and activate the nature immunity to set up aquired immunity.In recent years,studies have found that TLR-4 is closely correlated with cardiovascular diseases.Reactive oxygen species and inflammation infiltrate in the injury of myocardium and blood vessels of cardiovascular diseases,in which TLR-4 plays an important role.
