柔性厚壁筒环向缠绕张力分析与设计 被引量:16

摘要 为了实现预定剩余张力的缠绕张力设计,研究环向缠绕层在缠绕过程中的剩余张力变化规律,提出考虑芯模变形影响的剩余张力分析方法和缠绕张力设计方法。考虑缠绕层芯模变形,根据各向同性材料三维本构关系和弹性力学厚壁筒理论,通过解析方法获得外压作用下缠绕层的应变和应力。通过叠加方法积分计算环向缠绕张力下降量,进而建立缠绕张力和缠绕后剩余张力分布关系的积分方程和微分方程;建立由给定缠绕张力分布确定剩余缠绕张力分布,以及由剩余张力分布确定缠绕张力变化规律的计算公式。与现有文献相比,文中模型考虑芯模变形影响,因此对缠绕层的剩余张力分析和缠绕张力设计更贴合实际,研究结果可用于柔性柱形芯模上的环向缠绕剩余张力分析和缠绕张力设计。 To achieve better design of winding tension in hoop winding layer, residual tension distribution in hoop winding layer during winding process was studied, and analysis method of residual tension and design method of winding tension were presented. Considering deformations of internal cone, strain and stress in winding layer under external pressure were determined through ana- lytical method on the basis of three dimensional isotropic constitutive relationship and thick-walled cylinder theory. Thus, the de- crease of hoop winding tension was obtained by integrating for external layers, then integration equation and differential equation of residual winding tension distribution and winding tension distribution were built, and formula of residual winding tension caused by a specified winding tension was proposed. Compared with the present references, the model concerns the effect of the deformation of internal model in the analysis of residual tension and design of winding tension, which may lead to more practical result for analysis of hoop winding residual tension and design of winding tension in flexible cylinder cone.
