摘要
本文通过高压空气及氦气的气保压试验来研究氯化丁基橡胶的长期保压性能,获得了氯化丁基橡胶在高压状态下两种保压介质的气密性能数据。试验数据表明,气瓶在短期保压时间内,保压气体重量与时间近似线性关系。在长期保压时间内,气体的压降与保压时间呈非线性关系,气瓶在保压初期的透气率较大,随保压时间的加长,气瓶的透气率呈快速减小趋势。
This paper studies the long-time high air pressure holding performance of butyl chloride rubber by means of airproof performance test of air and helium gas,and gets the data of the two kinds of gas.Data analysis results show butyl chloride rubber can be used as composites vessel's internal liner for working pressure value between 30MPa and 35MPa.Vessel's air pressure holding data shows the relation of weight-time occurs approximate linear relationship in short-period and nonlinear relationship in long-period.The earlier permeability ratio appears grate wider than later period,with the time increasing,the air permeability appears rapid decreasing trend.
