摘要
织物平幅加工中,多导布辊单元装置产生的附加张力牵伸织物,致使缩水率增大。在正确补偿导布辊阻力矩的前提下,可通过缩短工艺流程设备解决。卷染时采用低恒张力控制,可使卷径扩大,减少缸次。针织物平幅连续染整加工是节能减排和改善针织品品质的重大技术改进,其"瓶颈"是平幅冷轧堆染色,而低恒张力收卷则是防患"缝头"痕的重要措施。此外,染整加工产生的张力会影响成品布卷装交货的测长精度,采用具有张紧带的恒张力测长装置,可提高测长精度。
In open-width fabric processing,additional tension generated from multi-guider unit will result in fabric drafting and shrinkage increasing.Proper compensation of resistance moment of the guiders and shortening the process are suggested.Jig dyeing with lower constant tension control can increase the batch diameter and reduce the running time.Winding in lower tension can eliminate the seaming crease during cold pad-batch dyeing of knitted fabric in open-width.The tension formed during wet processing will affect the length measurement accuracy of the finished cloth package.Using suitable measuring device can improve the measuring accuracy.
