摘要
通过热喷涂技术并引入放热组元,制备出金属陶瓷涂层,检测了该涂层的结合强度、硬度及耐磨性;研究了反应热喷涂Al2O3金属陶瓷涂层在涂布刮刀、烘缸上的耐磨性能,并将其与金属涂布刮刀及铸铁烘缸的耐磨性能进行了比较.结果表明,铝热反应热喷涂技术能够促进涂层结合强度和涂层耐磨性的提高,涂层平均结合强度达8MPa,其耐磨性与传统钢制刮刀相比提高了2倍,与铸铁烘缸相比提高了8倍.
Ceramic coating was produced through thermal spraying technology. Bonding strength, rigidity and wear-resist properties of the coating were analyzed. The paper studies the wear-resist properties of ceramic coating on coating blade and drum dryer which was produced through reactive flame spraying technology. Making a comparison between ceramic coating and metal coating blade and cast iron drum dryer for wear-resist properties, we come to the conclusion that reactive thermal spraying process can enhance coating performance: the bonding strength of the coatings is 8 MPa and the wear-resist property is three times as good as steel blade, is nine times as good as cast iron drum dryer.
