摘要
造纸烘缸由于腐蚀磨损而使表面失效,采用电弧喷涂1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢对其进行修复,探讨了喷涂工艺及涂层性能。通过正交试验得出修复烘缸的最佳喷涂工艺是:电弧电流为230A,喷涂距离为220mm,空气压力为0.8MPa,电弧电压为35V。此技术已在某造纸厂的烘缸修复中得到了应用,并且使用效果良好。
A wear-corroded paper dryer was repaired with arc-sprayed 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.The coating performance of the repaired paper dryer was studied.An optimum arc-spraying technology for repairing paper dryer was obtained through orthogonal experiment as follows:arc current 230 A,spraying distance 220 mm,arc voltage 35 V and air pressure 0.8 MPa.
