摘要
为了有效治理物流运输企业货运车辆超载的问题,运用决策论的研究方法,根据公平理论及决策理论的期望效用最大化原理,推出了超载问题有效约束机制的充分必要条件、惩罚强度和查处概率,通过对货运车辆超载行为的分析,对货运车辆超载问题的约束机制进行设计,并提出治理物流运输企业货运车辆超载的管理者最优策略。
In this paper, in order to effectively deal with the vehicle overloading of the logistics transportation enterprises, we used the research method of the decision-making theory and, in accordance with the fairness theory and the maximized expected utility principle of the decision theory, deduced the necessary and sufficient condition, penalty strength and detection probability in the effective restraining mechanism for vehicle overloading. At the end, we proposed the optimal strategy for the administrators to manage the overloading of the freight vehicles of the logistics transportation enterprises.
