摘要
本文在分析港口生产规律性的基础上,运用现代管理决策方法——目标规划方法,来解决港口通过量结构优化的多目标问题。文中通过建立目标规划模型和模型的计算机程序化,在同时考虑多个矛盾的优化目标的情况下,取得了满足各种不同决策要求的优化结果,为港口制定切实有效的生产计划提供了依据。
Based on an analysis of the law of port management, this paper introduces a modern method of decision-making——goal programming to solve the multiple objective problem for getting the optimum Struetuxe of port output. A computerized goal programming model is established here. Taking into consideration of multiple conflicting objectives, the paper provides satisfying optimal solutions and reliable decision bases for managers to make effective port management plans.
