摘要
采用 2 取代 5 氟 3H 4 嘧啶酮与芳酰氯在丙酮中于三乙胺存在下反应 ,合成了 17个 2 取代 3 芳酰基 5 氟 4 嘧啶酮类化合物 .目标化合物的结构经IR、1H NMR、元素分析或MS确定 ,初步生物活性测定显示 。
Seventeen 2 substituted 3 acyl 5 fluoro 4 pyrimidone compounds were prepared by the reaction of 2 substituted 5 fluoro 3 H 4 pyrimidones with acyl chloride in acetone in the presence of triethylamine.Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR,elementary analysis or MS.The preliminary antitumor tests showed that some of them exhibited certain antitumor activities.
