摘要
为探求新的高效低毒抗肿瘤药物,本文报道了八种5-氟尿嘧啶氨基酸衍生物的合成,并确证了它们的化学结构。
It is reported in this paper that eight 5 - fluorouracil aminoacid derivatives have been synthesized in order to search for new compounds with higher antitumor activities and lower toxi-cities and their structures have been confirmed.
