摘要
目的分析神经外科医院感染的特点以及感染细菌耐药动态。方法对本院收治的180例神经外科并发医院感染的住院患者临床资料进行总结归纳,进行病理学检查。结果 180例患者中医院感染主要为呼吸道感染以及泌尿道感染,有62例发生下呼吸道感染,31例发生上呼吸道感染。结论神经外科医院感染主要并发在呼吸道与泌尿道,病原菌主要以铜绿假单胞菌与大肠埃希菌为主。
Objective to analyze the characteristics of neurosurgery hospital infection and bacterial drug resistance. Methods treated in our hospital 180 cases of neurosurgery and hospital infection in hospital patients, this paper summarizes the clinical data of pathology examination. Results 180 patients with hospital infection was mainly for respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infection, there were 62 cases lower respiratory tract infection, 31 cases of upper respiratory tract infection occurred. Conclusion Hospital neurosurgery and mainly in the respiratory tract and urinary tract infection, pathogen mainly escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
