摘要 目的:建立采用抑制型离子色谱法测定复方氯化钠注射液中氯化钠、氯化钾和氯化钙含量的方法。方法:色谱条件为IonPac CS 12A色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),淋洗液为25 mmol.L-1甲烷磺酸溶液,流量1.0 mL.min-1;抑制器为CSRS 3004 mmself-Regenerating Suppressor;抑制电流90 mA;电导检测器。结果:氯化钠、氯化钾和氯化钙线性范围分别为2.25~225μg.mL-1(r=0.9999)、1.71~171μg.mL-1(r=0.9999)和1.47~147μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),回收率分别为100.8%、101.3%和99.1%。结论:本方法准确、简便,可用于复方氯化钠注射液的质量控制。 Objective:To approach an assay method for determination of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride in Compound Sodium Chloride Injection by IC. Methods: The assay was performed on IonPac CS 12A column(4 mm × 250 mm)with 25 mmol·L-1 methanesulfonic acid solution as eluting solution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·rain-1. The Suppressor was CSRS 300 4mm self-Regenerating Suppressor. Suppress current was 90 mA. Electrolytic conductivity detector. Results: The linear ranges of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride were 2. 25-225 μg · mL-1 ( r = 0. 9999 ), 1.71-171 μg · mL-1 ( r = 0. 9999 ) and 1.47-147 μg · mL - 1 , ( r = 0. 9999 ) respectively. The average recoveries ( n = 9 ) of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride were 100. 8%, 101.3% and 99. 1%, respectively. Conclusions:The method is proved to be accurate and convenient, and provided a reliable way for evaluating the quality of Compound Sodium Chloride Injection.
