离子色谱法测定门冬氨酸钾镁片的含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立抑制型离子色谱法测定门冬氨酸钾镁片中门冬氨酸钾和门冬氩酸镁的含最。方法:色谱条件:IonPacCS12A色谱杜(250mm×4mm),淋洗液:25mmol·L^-1烷磺酸溶液,流速:1.0mL·min^-1;抑制器:CSRSULTRAⅡ4mm自身循环抑制器;抑制电流:90mA;电导检测器,温度:35℃。结果:门冬氨酸钾和门冬氨酸镁线性范围分别为6.65~665μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999)和5.63~563μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999),回收率分别为100.1%和101.1%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,可用于门冬氨酸钾镁片的含最测定。 Objective:To establish an assay method of determination for potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate in potassium and magnesium aspartate tablets by ion chromatography(IC). Methods:The assay was performed on IonPac CS 12A column(250 mm×4 mm)with 25 mmol · L^-1 methanesulfonic acid solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ -1. The suppressor was CSRS ULTRA 11 4 mm self - regenerating suppressor. Suppress current :90 mA. Electrolytic conductivity detector ,temprature :35 ℃. Results :The line ranges of potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate were 6.65 -665 μg·mL^-1(r =0.9999)and 5.63 -563 μg·mL^-1 (r = 0. 9999), respectively. The average recoveries (n = 9) of potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartate were 100. 1% and 101.1% ,respectively. Conclusions:The method is proved to be rapid, accurate, and convenient, and provided a reliable way for evaluating the quality of potassium and magnesium aspartate tablets.
