摘要
目的和方法 用MPA -IV多道生物信号分析系统观察蟾蜍腓肠肌收缩的生理特性并对其有关参数进行相关和回归分析。结果 1)不同个体蟾蜍腓肠肌特性参数具有很大的变异 ;2 )收缩期、收缩幅度和舒张期三者间显著相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;3)潜伏期与舒张期二者间显著相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;4)潜伏期与收缩期和收缩幅度无显著相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective and Methods In this experiment the contractile properties of toad's musculus gastrocnemius were observed by MPA-Ⅳ multiple biological signal analysis system, and the parameter was analysed with correlation and regression. Results 1)There is striking coefficient of variation in perparameter of contractile properties of toad's gastrocnemius muscle; 2) There are significant interrelations among contraction amplitude,shortening period and relaxing period (P<0.01); 3) Latency is related to relaxing period (P<0.01); 4) Latent period is not closely related to contraction amplitude and shortening perild (P>0.05). Conclusion This experiment expounds the contractile properties of toad's gastrocnemius muscle.
