力竭运动对小鼠骨骼肌收缩性能的影响

摘要 观察力竭运动对小鼠骨骼肌收缩性能的影响.以小鼠为实验对象,1.5倍最大刺激,连续刺激腓肠肌5次.记录5个单收缩波,以 BL-410生物机能实验系统采集实验数据.并以微分软件进行数据处理.获取肌肉收缩时的最大张力(F_(max)),肌肉收缩时的张力最大上升速率(+dF/dt_(max))和舒张时张力最大下降速率(-dF/dt_(max)).力竭运动后,骨骼肌收缩时的 F_(max)、+dF/dt_(max)、-dF/dt_(max)明显降低,与对照组比较呈显著性差异(P<0.01).力竭运动对骨骼肌收缩性能有明显影响. The purpose was to observe the influence of exhaustion swimming on the contractible prop- erties of white mice skeletal muscles.The gastrocnemius of the rats was stimulated consecutively 5 times with the stimulation intension of 1.5 times,and 5 single curves of contraction were recorded.The data were gained and processed by the BL-410 Bio-function Test System.The values of the maximum tension in contraction(F_(max)),the maximum tension rate of climb in contraction(+dF/dt_(max))and the maximum ten- sion rate of decline in diastole(-dF/dt_(max))were obtained.Results showed that,after swimming,the val- ues of F_(max),+dF/dt_(max),-dF/dt_(max)have decreased remarkably,compared with the control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion was drawn that the influence of exhaustion swimming on the contractible properties of skeletal muscle was very obvious in F_(max)+dF/dt_(max)-dF/dt_(max).
