Determination of 2.4-D in water by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立淋洗液自动发生-离子色谱法直接检测水中2.4-滴的分析方法。方法:采用Dionex IonPac AS19-2 mm阴离子色谱柱,以淋洗液自动发生装置产生的KOH溶液为流动相,梯度淋洗,流速:0.25 ml/min,进样体积:100μl。结果:方法的检出限为5.2μg/L,标准曲线的线性范围为10.0μg/L~100.0μg/L(r=0.9993),加标回收率在89.0%~96.0%之间。结论:实验表明,本方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,结果令人满意。 Objective:To develop a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of 2.4-D in water by Ion Chromatography with On-line Eluent Generator.Methods: The separation was carried out on Dionex IonPac AS19-2 mm anion-exchange column with KOH as the gradient eluent which was produced online by RFIC eluent generator,then the target analytes were detected by the suppressed conductivity detector.Results: The linearity of the method is from 10.0 μg/L to 100.0 μg/L(r=0.9993).The detection limit was 5.2 μg/L.The recoveries were from 89.0%~96.0%.Conclusion: The experiments verified that the method was simple,sensitive and accurate.
