摘要
目的:用电导检测离子色谱法测定面制品中的溴酸盐(BrO3-)含量。方法:样品加入纯水超声提取,然后加沉淀剂沉淀蛋白、除去脂肪,上清液离心、过Ag/H柱除去氯离子,0.20μm滤膜过滤;选用DI-ONEX IonPac AS19分析柱分离,采用氢氧化钠溶液梯度淋洗,抑制型电导检测器检测。结果:溴酸盐在0.1μg/ml~5.0μg/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;方法的检出限为0.40 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为3.72%~4.13%,方法回收率在90%~99%。结论:方法精密准确,快速灵敏,实用性强。
Objective:To determine bromate in flour and flour products by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detector.Methods:The bromate was first extracted from the samples by ultrasound with pure water,then precipitator was added to deposit protein and remove lipid,and the supernatant was centrifuged,then Ag/H column was employed to remove chloridion,then the solution was filtrated through 0.20 μm filter membrane,finally the suppressed conductivity detector was used for detection after separation with DI-ONEX IonPac AS19 and elution with sodium hydroxide solution.Results:The concentration of bromate showed a good linearity in the range of 0.1 μg/ml~5.0 μg/ml,r=0.9998,the detection limit was 0.40 mg/kg,RSD was 3.72%~4.13%,the recovery rate was 90%~99%.Conclusion:This method has advantages of high sensitivity and precision and precision,rapidity and convenience.
