摘要
随着社会经济不断发展,环境破坏和污染问题愈演愈烈,全球环境恶化问题已对经济可持续发展形成阻碍作用,环境保护问题已提上全球人类长远发展进程中。环境保护工程作为实现经济可持续发展的最重要环节之一,其最主要改革内容为环境监测和环境监理,因此研究二者之间的关系成为环境保护工作中的重要课题。本文分析了环境监测和环境监理之间的联系,探讨了环境监测对环境监理促进意义的问题,并提出了可行性建议和措施。只有环境监测和环境监理工作协同发展,才能使中国经济与环境的可持续发展取得长足进步。
The environmental destruction and pollution become increasingly serious with the social and economic development. The global environmental degradation hindered the sustainable economic development and the environmental protection problems have to be addressed for the long - term development of human race. As an important link in the sustainable eeonomic development, environmental protection engineering should be reformed from the aspects of environmental monitoring and environmental supervision, so the study of the relationship between the two become an important subject of environmental protection work. This paper analyzes the relationship and significance of environmental monitoring and environmental supervision, and puts forward the suggestions and measures. Only the coordinated development of the two fields will secure the sustainable development of economy and environment.
