含聚丙烯酰胺模拟污水的电化学氧化研究

摘要 聚合物驱油技术的应用使石油采收率得到了一定的提高,随之产生的大量高黏度含聚污水给其回注处理增加了难度,含聚污水的有效处理与回注对于聚合物驱油技术的广泛应用具有一定的促进意义。文中通过自制电化学氧化反应器,研究了电化学氧化处理法对含聚丙烯酰胺模拟污水的处理效果。结果表明:以钢片和石墨片为电极且极板间距为2 cm、电流强度为2 A、反应10 min、H2O2加量为30 mg/L时,污水中的聚丙烯酰胺降解率均达到了90%以上。污水含盐对聚丙烯酰胺的降解有一定的辅助作用,悬浮物含量(质量浓度)高于240 mg/L、含油量(质量浓度)高于160 mg/L时,对其电化学氧化效果有明显的负面影响。 The oil recovery is improved by the application of polymer flooding technology which brings great reinjection treatment problems of large number of high viscosity sewage containing polyacrylamide. The effective treatment and reinjection of sewage containing polyacrylamide has certain significance for the widespread application of polymer flooding technology. Based on the self-made reactor, the treatment effect of simulated sewage containing polyacrylamide was studied by electrochemical oxidation method. The results show that with the steel sheet and the graphite flake as the electrodes, plate spacing as 2 cm, current intensity as 2 A, reaction time as 10 min, H2O2 adding amount as 30 mg/L, the polyacrylamide degradation rate reaches over 90%. Wastewater containing salt has auxiliary function to the degradation of polyacrylamide. It has negative influence on the electrochemical oxidation when the content (mass concentration ) of suspended solids exceeds 240 mg/L and the oil content (mass concentration) exceeds 160 mg/L.
