摘要
在工业企业中,一些产品的加工工艺流程很复杂,不科学的设备布局和落后的加工技术不仅会带来成本的上升,更会影响企业的发展。本文以某办公家具公司班台台面加工工艺流程为例,通过运用基础工业工程的思想,采用"5W1H"的方法发现工艺流程的问题并找到产生问题的根本原因,然后根据"ECRS"四大原则提出了改进工艺流程的具体方案,并对方案进行了评价。
In the industrial enterprises, the technological process of some products is complex. Nonscientific equipment layout and backward processing technologies will not cut the cost, and even affect the development of enterprises. This paper takes an Office furniture company＇s executive desk processing for example, by putting fundamental industrial engineering ideas into practice, uses ＂SW1H＂ method to identify process problem and to find root-cause of those problems, and then puts forward specific program for improving the technological process and carries out an evaluation of the program.
