摘要
目前微电机生产中普遍存在对样品生产管理流程的忽略。以改善微电机样品生产管理流程为目的,运用工业工程中的取消、合并、重排、简化(ECRS)原则,结合ABC法对微电机样品生产管理流程进行优化,并通过实践来验证优化后流程的合理性。实践表明,优化后的微电机样品生产管理流程能有效提高微电机样品的质量,缩短生产和交货周期,从而提高客户的满意度。
At present, there is a general neglect of the production control process for the prototype in micro-motor production. Focusing on the improvement of production control process for micro-motor prototype, the ECRS principle in industrial engineering was combined with the ABC method to optimize the production control process for the micro-motor prototype and verify the rationality of the optimized process by practice. The practice shows that the optimized production control process for micro-motor prototype can effectively improve the quality of micro-motor prototype, shorten the lead time of production and delivery, thereby it will enhance customer satisfaction.
