压缩式封隔器胶筒结构改进及密封性能分析 被引量:19

摘要 介绍了常规封隔器的结构和不足。利用有限元软件(ABAQUS)建立封隔器胶筒模型,得到不同结构参数下的最大接触应力值和轴向压缩量。提出一种新型的封隔器结构,并对其有限元模型进行接触分析,得到不同紫铜厚度下的最大接触应力值。选取了胶筒结构的最优参数以及紫铜的厚度。分析对比表明,不等长胶筒的改进型封隔器结构具有较好的密封效果。 The conventional packer is introduced on the structure and shortages. The rubber struc- ture models were established by ABAQUS software. Through the contact analysis, the max con- tact stress and axial compressed quantity of the different structure were obtained. A new packer structure is introduced as well. By the analysis on the finite element modeling, the max contact stresses were obtained in the different thickness of the red copper. At last, the optimal parameters of the rubber structure and the thickness of the red copper were selected. By the contrast, the une- qual long rubber of improved packer is the best sealing structure.
