摘要
针对扩张式封隔器的性能测试需求,设计了扩张式封隔器性能测试装置。介绍了扩张式封隔器的结构,分析了所设计的扩张式封隔器性能测试装置的结构和测试原理。这一性能测试装置能够真实模拟实际井筒环境,实现对扩张式封隔器进行坐封和解封性能测试,并且可以简化测试流程,提高测试效率。应用这一性能测试装置对外径为178 mm的扩张式封隔器进行性能测试,确认外径为178 mm的扩张式封隔器在内径为241~265 mm的井筒内密封压力均可达到20 MPa。
To meet the performance testing requirements of the expandable packer,performance test device for expandable packer was designed.The structure of the expandable packer was introduced,and the structure and test principle of the designed performance test device for expandable packer were analyzed.This performance test device can truly simulate the real wellbore environment,realize the testing of sealing and unsealing performances of the expandable packer,and it can simplify the testing process and improve the testing efficiency.The performance test device was used to test the performance of the expandable packer with an outer diameter of 178 mm.It is confirmed that the seal pressure of the expandable packer with an outer diameter of 178 mm can reach 20 MPa in a wellbore diameter of 241~265 mm.
