急性脑梗死患者血清血管内皮生长因子的变化 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:选择正常对照组134例,ACI组168例,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清VEGF含量,测定数据进行统计学分析。结果:①两组间血清VEGF含量存在显著差异。②ACI患者不同时间段血清VEGF含量存在显著差异。③血清VEGF与脑梗死部位,体积及缺血缺氧程度呈正相关。结论:VEGF可能共同参与了ACI的病理生理过程并促进ACI的发生、发展。
