摘要
《灵枢·刺节真邪第七十五》论述了刺五节的适应证和针刺方法、刺五邪手法、解结法的适应证及操作、推引法的应用,并重申真气、正气、邪气概念。本文从刺有五节、随证而异,病有五邪、刺有五章,人参天地、故可为解,推引三法、寒热辨之,真正邪气、明辨性质5个方面论述了该篇的主要学术思想。
Miraculous Pivot Chapter 75 ： Cijie Zhenxie discusses the indications for five major needling methods and the needling methods, the manipulation of needling of five diseases, indications for unlashing methods and the operation, and the application of pushing - pulling methods and reiterates the concepts of genuine qi, vital qi, and pathogenic qi. This paper reviews the major academic thinking of this chapter from the following five perspectives ： five major needling applicable to different syndromes, five diseases and five needling techniques, participation of man in nature as a basis for treatment, three pushing and pulling methods and differentiation of cold and heat, and genuine qi, vital qi, and pathogenic qi and nature differentiation.
