摘要
目的:运用科学知识图谱和文献计量学方法分析国内外针灸治疗哮喘的研究历程,预测该领域的研究热点趋势。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普和Web of Science核心数据库,自建库至2022年8月22日针灸治疗哮喘文献,利用Cite Space软件绘制作者、机构合作,关键词共现、聚类、突现,文献被引突现图谱,并进行分析。结果:纳入中文文献1 389篇,英文文献233篇,年发文量呈波浪式上升趋势,中文首要发文团队为崔建美(28篇),英文为ALICE Y M JONES(5篇);国内合作存在地域局限性,国外建立了以韩国东方医学研究所为桥梁的跨国合作网络;形成关键词中文780个、英文363个,中英文文献各12个聚类。关键词聚类和突显均表明,针灸治疗哮喘方式居多,疗效评价从临床观察趋于客观指标分析,针灸治疗哮喘研究更加多维与深入。结论:针灸治疗哮喘临床研究趋于多元化与量化、哮喘机制研究的关键为免疫失衡与重建,是未来研究的热点趋势。
bjective:To use the scientific knowledge map and bibliometric methods to analyze the research history of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of asthma at home and abroad,and to predict the research hotspot trend in this field.Methods:The core databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Web of Science were searched for the literature on acupuncture for asthma from the date of establishment to April 28,2022,and the author collaboration,institutional collaboration,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,emergence,and literature cited emergence visualization maps were drawn and analyzed using CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 1389 Chinese literature and 233 English literature were included,with a wave trend of annual publication,and the top publication team in Chinese was CUI Jianmei(28 articles)and in English was ALICE Y M JONES(5 articles).There were geographical limitations of domestic cooperation,and a transnational cooperation network was established abroad with Korea Inst Oriental Med as a bridge,with 780 keywords in Chinese and 363 in English were formed,and Chinese and English 12 clusters each in the literature.Keyword clustering and highlighting show that acupuncture treatment of asthma is mostly in the way,and the evaluation of curative effect tends to objective index analysis from clinical observation,and the research on acupuncture treatment of asthma is more multidimensional and in-depth.Conclusion:The clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion for asthma tends to be diversified and quantitative.The key to the study of asthma mechanism is immune imbalance and reconstruction,which is a hot trend in future research.
