摘要
研制与开发了一套转鼓式非接触式车速仪检定装置。由伺服电机驱动,利用工控板卡和伺服放大器实现定速控制模式,并与被检车速仪同步控制。该装置的系统准确度比校准规范的要求高出一倍以上,完全可用作非接触车速仪计量检定的标准器具,为量值溯源提供了可靠保证。
A set of roller type non-contact speed meter calibration device was developed. It is driven by a servo motor. A constant speed control mode was realized by using an industrial control board and a servo amplifier. And the speed meter to be calibrated was synchronously controlled too. The accuracy of the system is higher by two times than the requirement of calibration specification. It can completely be used as a non-contact speed meter calibration standard instruments. The successful development of the device makes a reliable guaranty for traceability.
