摘要
水中臭氧分析仪广泛应用于食品、制药、水产养殖、化妆品等行业,用来检测水中臭氧的浓度。此类仪器的校准需求非常迫切。通过设定臭氧制作池的水温,调节臭氧发生器的产率,保证制取不同浓度的臭氧水溶液,研制了水中臭氧分析仪校准系统。通过水中臭氧分析仪校准系统的建立可以实现水中臭氧分析仪的检测校准。同时还对校准系统的检测原理、检测浓度范围确定和测量不确定度进行了探讨和研究。
Ozone in water analyzer was widely used in food, pharmaceutical, aquaculture, cosmetics and other industries, Ozone in water analyzers have been used to test the concentration of ozone in water. We have the different concentrations of ozone in water produced by setting the pool water temperature and adjusting the yield of ozone generators. On this way, ozone in water analyzer calibration system have been founded. We can use them to calibrating the ozone in water analyzer. At the same time, the article discussed the testing principle, testing range and measurement uncertainty of the calibration system.
