摘要
在卷接设备的验收中基本上是借用国标《GB5606.3—2005卷烟第3部分:包装、卷制技术要求及贮运》、《GB5606.6—2005卷烟第6部分:质量综合判定》。前一个标准中规定了烟支的圆周、吸阻、硬度等工艺指标,后一个标准规定了对产品质量的考核方法。在卷接设备的验收中,对工艺指标供应商是认可的,但对工艺指标的验收方法上双方存在着较大的分歧,因此研究出一套科学合理的验收方法对正确评定设备的各项性能指标具有重要的意义。
The main standards for tobacco equipment acceptance check are ＂GB 5606.3-2005 cigarettes-Technical requirements for Packing, making, Storage and Transport＂ and ＂GB 5606.6-2005 cigarettesCigarettes-Part 6 Quality evaluation＂ . The first standard describes the technological requirements of cigarettes, such as circumference, hinder, hardness, etc, while the second one defines the measure to evaluate product quality. During the acceptance check, technic indices are recognized by suppliers. However, there still exist great differences on the acceptance check method between two sides. Therefore, establishing a scientific and reasonable measure to do the acceptance check has important significance for equipment evaluation.
