摘要 目的:确定循环超声提取紫草素的最佳工艺。方法:以新疆紫草为材料,总紫草素得率为考察指标,采用正交设计,对循环超声提取紫草素的工艺进行优化。结果:3因素对紫草素提取率的影响大小依次为:超声时间/间隙时间>超声波功率>提取时间。最佳提取工艺为:超声时间/间隙时间为1/2s,超声波功率600W,提取时间60min。结论:优化了循环超声提取紫草素的最佳工艺。在优化后的最佳工艺参数下,紫草素提取率最高可达1%,比冷浸法和超声清洗器的提取率提高了一倍。循环超声提取具有缩短提取时间,提高提取率的效果。 Objectivet:The extraction process of Shikonin from Arnebia Euchroma was optimized in this paper with circulating ultrasonic wave. Method: The orthogonal design was applied with Xinjiang variety as test material. Result: The factor order which effects the extraction yield was ultrasonic time/rest time 〉 ultrasonic power〉extracted time. The best circulating extraction technique was based on ultrasonic time/rest time as 1/2 second and extracting for 60 minutes with the power of 600 W. Conclusion: The optimal circulating extraction conditions with ultrasonic wave were determined. On the conditions the highest yield of Shikonin was 1% which was one times more than the traditional dipping extraction method and the way of extracting with ultrasonic cleaner. The result showed that the circulating extraction process with ultrasonic wave extremely impoved the extraction rate and saved extraction time of shikonin.
