摘要
目的:检测稽留流产绒毛及蜕膜组织中蛋白酶体亚基低分子质量多肽-2(proteasome subunit low molecu-lar weight polypeptide 2,LMP-2)、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(cysteine-containing aspartate specific protease 3,Caspase-3)、生存素(Survivin)的表达,旨在探讨稽留流产的发病机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测30例稽留流产(实验组)患者绒毛及蜕膜组织中LMP-2、Caspase-3、Survivin的表达,并以30例正常早孕人工流产绒毛及蜕膜组织为对照组。结果:稽留流产组绒毛及蜕膜中LMP-2、Survivin的表达均低于正常早孕组,Caspase-3的表达则高于正常早孕组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的绒毛及蜕膜Caspase-3与LMP-2及Survivin的表达均呈负相关,LMP-2与Survivin的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:LMP-2、Survivin及Caspase-3的异常表达在稽留流产的发生中起重要作用。
Objective: To study the relationship of proteasome subunit proteasome subunit low molecular weight polypeptide 2(LMP-2), Survivin and cysteine-containing aspartate specific protease 3(Caspase-3) with missed abortion. Methods: Thirty missed abortion patients were assigned as study group, and thirty with normal pregnancy as controls. Inmunohistochemical method was used to determine the expnession of LMP-2, Survivin and Caspase-3. Results: Compared with that of the controls, the expression of LMP-2 and Survivin in the study group were significantly lower,while the expressions of Caspase-3 were higher(P〈0.05). In the study group, the Caspase-3 expression was negatively correlated with the expression of LMP-2 and Survivin respectively, and the expressions of LMP-2 was found to be positively correlated with Survivin (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Abnormal expressions of LMP-2, Survivin and Caspase-3 play important role in missed abortion.
