摘要
介绍了差速双螺杆挤出机的特点,应用Polyflow软件对差速双螺杆挤出机端面进行了二维流场及混合模拟。并且将差速比4∶1、5∶1以及异向同速双螺杆的端面流场及混合效果进行了对比分析。模拟结果显示:差速双螺杆的切面混合效果好于同速双螺杆,且随差速比增大而略有改善;而差速比4∶1的剪切速率和拉伸速率大于5∶1的。由此可见,设计挤出机时要综合考虑混合和塑化两方面效果选择差速比。
Advantages of differential twin screw extruder were presented,in which cross-planar flow and mixing effect was further analyzed by Polyflow simulation. Comparison was conducted for the cases for differential ratios of 5:1 and 4:1 as well as 1:1 running in different directions. It was illustrated that differential extruder exhibited better in cross-section mixing index, which became stronger with higher differential ratio. However,shear rate and tensile rate for extrusion at differential ratio 4:1 were higher than for 5: 1. Thus,differential ratio should be chosen in considering mixing and plastication in design extruder.
