摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出,要将我国建成一个人才资源强国,要求我国的高等教育要培养高层次的复合型人才。当前,我国经济持续发展所需人才与我国高校培养的复合型人才之间的矛盾是"质"的矛盾。在现有的培养模式基础上,以复合型外语人才为例,提出"2+X"高层次复合型外语人才培养模式,将"语言技能"和"通识教育"作为课程设置的恒量,"专业知识"作为变量,以实现高层次外语人才"人文素质教育"与"职业教育"的有机统一。
To cultivate higher muhi-talents is the target of our national education for the current two decades.After rethinking and reflecting our current cultivation models for talents,this paper proposes a newly designed model--＂2＋X＂ ,which highlights language skill teaching and general education as two constants of the syllabus design and professional education as a variable, to improve the comprehensive qualities of the higher multi-talents.
