摘要
利用氟石膏作为基本材料,加入活性掺合料、碱性激发剂,促凝剂,减水剂,耐水胶粉等进行复合改性,配制成一种石膏基复合胶凝材料。通过实验得到复合胶凝材料的最佳配比为(重量百分比%):氟石膏,52%;矿渣粉,28%;硫铝酸盐水泥,20%;碱性激发剂,4.0%;高效减水剂,0.6%;耐水胶粉,0.6%;促凝剂,1.0%。测定28 d抗折和抗压强度分别达到7.4 MPa和53.6 MPa,软化系数达到0.81,该复合胶凝材料强度高,耐水性能好,是实现氟石膏资源化再利用的有效途径之一。
This paper utilize fluorogypsum as basic material, mixed with active aggregate and some accessory ingredients to prepare a gypsum-based compounded cementitious materials. Through experiments, got the optimal proportion of composite cementitious material(wt% ) : fluorogypsum, 52% ; Slag powder, 28% ; Sulphoaluminate cement, 20% ; Alkali-activator, 4.0% ; superplasticizer, 0.6% ; Water resistant rubber powder, 0.6% ; Coagulant, 1.0%. The material has excellent properties ,flexural strength and compressive strength reached to 7.4 MPa and 53.6 MPa respectively, softening coefficient was up to 0.81 ,which is one of the effective ways to realize recycle use of abandoned fluorogypsum .
