摘要 研究掺入粉煤灰和水泥对脱硫石膏基自流平砂浆基本性能的影响,重点考察了对耐水性的影响,采用压汞法测试了孔隙率及孔径分布情况。结果表明:掺入粉煤灰和水泥对砂浆拌合物的流动度、凝结时间及早期力学性能有不同程度影响,综合考虑施工性能和力学性能,建议粉煤灰和水泥适宜掺量分别为20%以内和10%以内;粉煤灰和水泥分别通过物理作用和化学作用实现了砂浆孔径细化,水泥的细化效果更明显,相较空白样,水泥掺量8%的砂浆3 000~10 000 nm孔径范围内占比下降90%以上,宏观上表现为耐水性的显著改善。 The effect of fly ash and cement on the basic properties of desulphurized gypsum based self-leveling mortar was discussed, especially the effect of them on water resistance was investigated. The porosity and pore size distribution were measured by mercury injection method(MIP). The experimental results show that the mixing of fly ash and cement has different effects on the fluidity, setting time and early mechanical properties of the mortar. It is suggested that the appropriate content of fly ash and cement is within 20% and 10%, respectively. The water resistance is also improved obviously and as the pore size of mortar can be refined by fly ash and cement. The pore size refining effect of cement is more obvious than that of fly ash. Compared with blank sample, the proportion of the range of 3 000-10 000 nm pore size decreases more than 90% in the mortar with 8% cement replacement of desulphurization gypsum.
