摘要
学术界对于h指数的研究已有五个年头了,研究态势从如火如荼到方兴未艾,然而,在大量而广泛的印证、应用、修正和发展的实证研究中,因以其"概念"认识事物本质属性为视角的研究鲜有涉及,故本文将另辟蹊径,以新的视角——h指数的概念为着眼点,解读其评价效果。
It has been five years for Academia to study the h-index.The situation varies from swing to swing. However, in the large and widely confirmed, applications, amendments and the development of empirical research, perspective of its ＂concept＂ theory of understanding the nature is rarely involved. So this paper will open a new path, a new perspective of the h-index concept to focus, to interpret its evaluation of the effect.
