Influence of local injury of endometrium on improvement of endometrial receptivity

摘要 虽然在人类辅助生殖技术中，临床的促排卵和实验室的胚胎体外培养技术日益提高，但体外受精一胚胎移植（IVF—ET）临床妊娠率仍徘徊在40％～50％，重要原因之一就是部分不孕症患者的子宫内膜容受性存在缺陷，影响了胚胎的成功着床。而如何改善子宫内膜容受性以提高妊娠率，已成为各生殖中心的重点关注所在。 How to improve endometrial receptivity is an important issue to enhance the pregnancy rate of in-vitro fertilization. Some investigators have proposed that local injury of endometrium could improve endometrial receptivity. Here, we present an overview about the history, basic mechanism, method,timing of the operation,and the disadvantages of endometrial local injury.
