摘要
本文分析了我国大型建筑企业开展带融资工程总承包的契机和驱动因素;阐述了运作F-EPC项目能力的构成要素及相互作用关系,培育企业运作F-EPC项目的能力应从工程项目管理、融资、人力资源管理等方面着手;提出开展带融资工程总承包的战略愿景、指导思想、准备与保障措施,战略实施的步骤以及基于能力提升的战略实施举措;以中国中铁股份公司相关实践为例进行实证研究,具体阐述了运作F-EPC项目的合同关键条款及组织管理理念,以期为相关实践提供参考及借鉴。
The article analyses the opportunities and driving factors of our large construction enterprises to develop the engineering contracting with finance; and expounds the elements and the interaction relationship of the ability of operating F-EPC project, and cultivates enterprise contract ability from project management, finance, human resource management and so on; puts forward strategic vision, guiding ideology, preparation and security measures, the steps of the strategy implementation and the strategy measures to enhance enterprise contract ability; Taking China Railway Group Limited practice as an example to empirical research, specifically addressed the key operational F-EPC contract terms and the organization and management concepts, to provide a reference for the relevant practice.
