摘要
随着社会经济及建筑行业的发展,建设企业经常需要同时承担多个大型项目的建设工作,对于多项目管理方法和技术的提升有迫切需求,特别是大型中央企业,常常面临多个项目在海内外地理分布上极为分散的经营生产常态。因此,资源约束下的多项目调度问题也就成为建设企业多项目管理中的核心问题。本文针对于该调度问题开展研究,以最小化项目时间为目标,给出受工期时间约束和资源约束的数学模型,并且借助于自适应遗传算法对该模型求解。另外,本文针对于实际案例进行求解分析,为建设企业大型多项目管理的实际操作提供了技术手段与方法参考,也为后续积极参与国家"一带一路"战略提供了一定的知识储备。
There is a large demand of the resource management study both from the development of the country and the ' One Belt and One Road' strategy. Particularly for the infrastructure contractor, the resource management is the key problem during the multi-project construction. A study for the resource management was conducted and the mathematics model between the delivery time and resource was given in this paper, aiming to minimize the delivery time of the projects. Meanwhile,the paper also performed empirical analysis based on several project cases, as well as provided a reference for infrastructure contractors while dealing with multi-project management.
