摘要
针对建筑业低收益、低生产率、亏损面大的现状,本文提出将供应链管理用于建筑业以提高它的生产经营效率。文章重点讨论了建筑业供应链管理的概念、模型以及运作流程,并据以分析了建筑企业核心竞争力,结果发现采用建筑供应链管理不但能增强建筑企业在国内市场的竞争实力,也能从容面对国际同行业的挑战。
To solve the problems of low-income, inefficiency and bad losing, this paper suggests applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the construction industry and emphatically discusses the concept, mode and operational flows of Construction Supply Chain Management (CSCM), then on the base of which this paper analyzes the core competence of construction enterprises. It comes to a conclusion that CSCM can enhance the competence of construction enterprises not only in home market but also in overseas market.
