为了使丁二烯装置安全平稳长周期高负荷运行 ,生产出更多更好的产品 ,占领国内市场 ;同时为丁烯 - 1装置提供合格的抽余C4 原料 ,所以要对丁二烯装置进行优化 ,制定优化方案 ,从而提出最佳操作点和操作参数 ,降低生产成本 ,追求装置最佳经济效益。根据实际需要及可操作性 ,我们将装置分为几个单元 ,分别进行优化考核 。
For keeping butadiene device safe, smooth and steady, long-period, high load operating, producing more and finer product, occupancing domestic market, simultaneously providing with qualified pump remain C 4 raw-material for butene-1 device, so it is necessary to carry on optimizing butadiene device, make an optimization plan, hence give best operation point and operation parameter, reduce production costs, run after best economic benefit of device. According to actual necessity and operability, we will divide device into several unit, carry on optimizing examine separately. Finally reach overall optimization.
