摘要
ACN萃取精馏分离C4的助溶剂进行分子设计 ,以代替原有的水。将设计分子分为有机物和盐类分别进行 ,设计结果经过比较后认为ACN加盐能够有效地提高C4的相对挥发度 ,在此基础上与实验值对照吻合一致。萃取精馏的分子设计能够减少实验工作量。
It discussed the molecular design about subsidiary solvent of ACN in order toreplace water for separating C4.The designed molecules were divided into organic substances andsalt substances. By comparison the results showed that ACN with salt could more effectivelyimprove the relative volatility of C4 than others. On this basis it was compared with the results ofexperiment which was in agreement with design values. Molecular design for extractivedistillation could decrease experimental working.
