摘要
基于 H—198催化剂丁烯空速为300~400h^(-1)的特性,我们开展了湍流流化床反应器及快速流化床反应器的基础研究和过程开发研究。研究证实,湍流流化床反应器或快速流化床反应器比鼓泡流化床反应器对于提高丁烯转化率,丁二烯收率具有更高的效果,为发展丁烯氧化脱氢制丁二烯开创了一条新的研究途径。
Based on the feature of H—198 catalyst,which could be used at high space velocity of butene up to 300—400 h^(-1).basic study and development works have been done using a turbulent fluidized bed reactor of 0.8 m inside diameter and a fast fluidized bed reactor of 26 mm inside diameter respective- ly.The results showed that the conversion of butene and yeild of butadiene are higher than that of the conventional bubbling fluidized bed reactor. It is believed that this successful results would lead to a new way for industrial development for the oxydehydrogenation of butene to butadiene.
