摘要
在2.5万t/a丁烯氧化脱氧生产丁二烯装置上,采用H-198催化剂和(?)3.4 m流化床反应器,于丁烯∶氧∶水=1∶0.6—0.74∶6—10(mol比)、空速200—300h^(-1)、反应温度370—390℃的条件下,丁烯转化率达74.82%,丁二烯收率63.25%,选择性87.8%,有机化合物含量<1%。生成气经精制工序,可得到纯度为99.8%的丁二烯。
Butadiene production was carried out by oxidation dehydrogenation of butadiene with H-198 catalyst in a 25 kt/a device with a φ3.4m fluidized bed reactor . Under the conditions of butene : oxygen : water = 1:0.6 -0.74 :10(mol ratio), space velocity 200 -300 h-1 and reaction temperature 370 - 390°C , the conversion ratio of butene was 74.82% , butadiene yield 63.25% , selectivity 87.8% , content of organic compounds <1% . Butadiene of 99.8% purity could be obtained by purification of the process gases .
