摘要
目的:探讨中药保留灌肠加理疗治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法:200例输卵管阻塞性不孕对象经子宫输卵管造影证实为输卵管梗阻。用本单位研制的中药保留灌肠,加用坎离砂下腹部热敷理疗,观察输卵管通畅情况,对输卵管通畅者追踪半年,了解妊娠概率。结果:200例输卵管阻塞者经过治疗:痊愈138例,好转43例,无效19例。其中宫内妊娠119例,占59.5%,异位妊娠17例,占8.5%,45例暂未受孕,占22.5%。结论:中药保留灌肠加理疗治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症有较好疗效,毒副作用少、经济、治疗方便、无创伤,无痛苦,患者易于接受,更适合于基层的开展。
Objective： to study the Chinese traditional medicine retention enema with physical therapy treatment of fallopian tube obstructive in fertility curative effect.Methods： 200 cases of fallopian tube obstructive infertility object by angiography of the fallopian tube for tubal ob struction.Use this unit development of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,add a candy from sand lower abdomen fomentation physiotherapy,observed oviduct unobstructed of tubal patency person tracking half a year,understand the pregnancy probability.Results： all 200 cases of tubal block person after treatment： 138 cases of recovery,better 43 cases effectiveness and 19 cases.The palace pregnancy in 119 cases,accounting for 59.5%,ectopic pregnancy,17 cases,accounting for 8.5%,45 cases of temporary not conception,accounted for 22.5%.Conclusion： Chinese medicine retention enema with physical therapy treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility has good cura tive effect,less side effects,economic,treatment is convenient,no wounds,no pain,patients easy to accept,is more suitable for the develop ment of the base.
