摘要
目的:分析总结罂粟乙碘油介入再通联合高位保留灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的护理方法。方法:选择柳州市中医医院于2020年5月至2021年6月收治的32例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者,随机分为对照组(16例,给予围术期常规护理)和试验组(16例,给予围术期精细护理),分析对比两组的各项临床指标。结果:两组护理前的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,试验组的VAS评分、PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。试验组术后阴道出血、腹痛的发生率分别为6.25%、12.50%,均显著低于对照组的43.75%、56.25%,P<0.05。试验组的护理满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的68.75%,P<0.05。结论:给予输卵管阻塞性不孕患者罂粟乙碘油介入再通联合高位保留灌肠治疗期间,开展精细护理能够显著减轻患者的术后疼痛,改善负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,降低术后阴道出血、腹痛等不良事件的发生率,提升患者的满意度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To analyze and summarize the nursing methods for the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility by interventional recanalization of poppy ethiodide combined with high retention enema.Methods:A total of 32 patients with tubal obstructive infertility admitted to Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group(16 cases,receiving perioperative routine nursing)and experimental group(16 cases,receiving perioperative intensive nursing).The clinical indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Visual analogue Scale(VAS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score were compared between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,VAS score,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative vaginal bleeding and abd ominal pain in the experimental group were 6.25% and 12.50%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(43.75% and 56.25%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 100.00%,significantly higher than that of control group 68.75%,P<0.05.Conclusion:During the interventional recalculation of papaveriodide combined with high retention enema in patients with tubal obstructive infertility,fine nursing can significantly reduce postoperative pain,improve negative emotions,improve sleep quality,reduce the incidence of postoperative vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and other adverse events,and enhance patient satisfaction,which has high application value.
